DTx only uses suppliers of UK based cloud hosting who are certified against ISO27001, ISO9001, ISO27018 and Cyber Essentials Plus and have infrastructure which has been assessed and approved by NCSC.
All data is transferred over https or sftp using TLS v1.2 or TLS v1.3 encryption using cyphers recommended by NSCS. Customer SFTP connections to OPUS servers are chrooted and require IP whitelisting. Data at rest is stored on encrypted storage devices using an AES-256 cipher.
