1. Who is DTx for?

DTx is currently used by public and private organisations up and down the country, these range from Counter Fraud Teams, Fly Tipping, Legal organisations. Many client use DTx for its ability to triage a case using our referral module, before accepting a case into a colleagues workload with full document management. Our cloud-based system has helped the transition of our clients, especially in the last 18 months with the challenges that COVID 19 has brought from inefficient, site-based legacy system or even manual case logging, to a cloud system with inbuilt workflow, dramatically reducing case management processing times.

2. How long will it take for me to get set up on DTx?

Setup of DTx Case Management times vary dependant on your needs and whether you wish to migrate data to DTx. With data migration, the process typically takes between 4-6 weeks to complete. For completely new systems and no data migration we can onboard you in as little as two weeks.

3. How simple is the onboarding process?

The onboarding process is a simple 3 step process. Setup & Customisation: We have a digital customisation wizard that walks you through onboarding. We also offer phone support with this process. Data Migration: We will lead on a process of extracting and securely transferring your existing data to our servers, ready for go live Testing & Training: You will be given a period of time to test your new system, check the specification meets your needs, then we’ll set a go live date Go Live Onboarding is fully remote and uses encrypted data transferring, providing you with a low-risk onboarding journey, no matter how your organisation is structured or wherever your employees are working our aim is to make it a smooth transition.

5. Do you offer training?

Yes, we offer live training courses for both you and your team either online or on-site. We also offer further training for user when we roll out a new version of the software.

6. Can I migrate my current data to DTx?

Yes, data can be migrated from your current case management system.

7. How do I get a custom integration?

We are always keen to improve DTx. If you require a specific feature, module or API gateway please do not hesitate to contact us. The DTx software team are always keen to explore new developments.

8. How much data can I store in DTx?

You can store unlimited data in DTx.

9. How can you ensure security and risk management with DTx?

DTx only uses suppliers of UK based cloud hosting who are certified against ISO27001, ISO9001, ISO27018 and Cyber Essentials Plus and have infrastructure which has been assessed and approved by NCSC. All data is transferred over https or sftp using TLS v1.2 or TLS v1.3 encryption, with cyphers recommended by NSCS. Customer SFTP connections to Datatank servers are chrooted and require IP whitelisting. Data at rest is stored on encrypted storage devices using a quantum secure AES-256 cipher

10. Do you offer support with DTx?

Yes. While with many other case management systems there is an additional cost for support. We offer continuous support all year round. Free of charge.

11. Can DTx be configured to meet my workflow requirements?

Absolutely. DTx is designed to be configured to match you and your organization’s workflow and business processes. DTx is a fully customisable and flexible case management system.

12. Is it possible to have users that only have read-only permission?

In DTx you will have full control of all users' permissions and can edit user's permissions at any point in the settings of DTx.

13. How do API integrations work?

DTx has a variety of API integrations. Access into DTx can be allowed for use of external reporting tools; such as Power BI. This is achieved with use of tokens and IP whitelisting. DTx also supports connecting to external APIs. We currently offer connections into a variety of data sources and services such as; Equifax, DVLA, Experian.

14. How to use DTx API?

The DTx API has several layers of security. Report data can be accessed through this API if the correct credentials have been supplied and the IP has been whitelisted in our security settings.
